Create plans with a code, name, amount and currency, then map subscribers to them. See how many subscribers are on each plan and how much is still to be collected. Change a subscriber's plan later and keep the plan history.
Record payments by cash, UPI, card, net banking, wallet, cheque or bank transfer. Every payment gets a receipt number, generated automatically or entered manually, that you can download as a PDF or share on WhatsApp.
Keep a register of donators, record donations and organise fundraising under campaigns. Donation receipts follow the same numbered, shareable format as subscription receipts.
Set up your own collection types, choose who participates (subscribers, donators, both, or organisators), set a weekly or monthly schedule and an optional expected amount, then log entries and review the history.
Four reports cover your payments, donations and spending: the Detailed Report, the Outstanding Report, the Monthly Collection Report and the Expenses Report. The Outstanding Report filters by subscriber, plan, status and billing period and shows the total still owed. Reports and lists can be exported to Excel.

Every subscription payment, donation and custom collection entry has a receipt. You choose automatic numbering with your own prefix or enter numbers manually. Receipts can be downloaded as a PDF or shared on WhatsApp.
